September 2017 Box Specials

It's time to order your Thanksgiving Turkeys!  There is only 10 weeks until Thanksgiving and reservations are coming in quickly.  So, get your order in early.  Pasture Raised Bronze Turkeys are $7.00/lb and can be reserved for $25.00.  Turkeys will be available for pickup or delivery fresh starting the Saturday before Thanksgiving.  Also, don't forget to order some bulk extra sage sausage to make your stuffing.

Update on Whiskey Pig Craft Butchery and Deli:  Equipment is on the way.  We plan to open the end of next month or first week of November.  We will be open Tuesday through Saturday 10-6 and will add additional hours before too long.  Whiskey Pig is located at 116N Heritage Street Kinston, NC.

At the farm, we are prepping for fall lambing.  Also, we are getting the pastures ready to plant winter grasses for the animals to graze this winter and baling and storing hay.
